About Graciela Cucchiara
She is more than a cook – she is a storyteller of flavor.
Their philosophy: Cooking with feeling instead of following a recipe. Every movement, every ingredient, every fragrance arises from intuition and passion.
A self-taught Italian chef, born in Buenos Aires, she combines South American temperament with Mediterranean lightness. Her dishes are honest, spontaneous, and full of life – just like her.
