About Rebecca Clopath
Rebecca Clopath is more than just a chef – she is a storyteller of nature. Her philosophy is based on holistic, sustainable and regionally rooted cuisine. With ingredients from alpine circulatory systems she creates dishes that appeal not only to the palate, but to all the senses.
As an organic farmer and natural cook, she combines handcrafted perfection with a deep connection to nature. Her creations are characterized by respect for people, animals and the environment.

Experience how fresh herbs, tangy cheese, pure spring water and hand-picked alpine specialties are transformed into harmonious compositions. An accessible experience for everyone
The Restaurant Sempia at Hotel Sempachersee is completely barrier-free and welcomes all guests. So everyone can enjoy this special evening to the fullest.
As we have made a conscious decision to keep animals and to use their products, we do not offer vegan menus (alpine farm to table).
However, you can choose a vegetarian menu. Vegetarian means that you can choose the option without meat or fish, but honey and other products of animal origin, for example, can also be used in the vegetarian menus. In general, we adapt our menus to the ratio in nature.
