The sports and multi-purpose hall at the Swiss Paraplegic Center (SPZ) is the ideal venue for events and major occasions. With an area of around 1,300 m² and a capacity of up to 1,200 people, the hall offers enough space for a wide range of events - from sports tournaments and general meetings to banquets. Thanks to the triple sports hall, which can be subdivided once, smaller events can also be optimally organized.
Perfect infrastructure for sporting events and more
Thanks to its high-quality equipment, the hall meets the highest standards:
- Surface-elastic sports floor for optimum conditions at sporting events
- Extendable grandstand and spectator gallery for the best view of the action
- Two large LED screens (5 m x 3 m each, 15 m² in total) for presentations, game displays or live broadcasts
- Microphone and loudspeaker system for announcements or background music
The sports and multi-purpose hall is also perfect in combination with other in-house sports facilities such as the indoor swimming pool, the sport's arena, the tennis courts as well as the training center. This network offers ideal conditions for events & major occasionsthat focus on a variety of sporting activities.
Versatile use – also for general meetings and banquets
The hall is not only suitable for sporting highlights, but also for social events such as general meetings with up to 1,000 participants or festive banquets. If required, additional technology can be hired from external service providers to meet individual requirements.
